Golden Holiday

Golden Beach Resort is a popular in Shenzhen but facing fierce competition and in need of an upgrade to their service and environment.

To transform the existing campus into a first class international spa resort, our first step is to re-design the club house with food and beverage facilities, entertainment and an outdoor pool.

We proposed to build a transparent swimming track into the sea from the main building. It was a spectacle to both on lookers and swimmers.

金海灘在深圳已是一間很受歡迎的休閒度假村，但是面對業界的劇烈競爭他們亦有需要大大提高對他們自己的服務及環境質素。

為了成為一級温泉渡假勝地，第一階段我們要從新設計過現有的接待大樓，加建餐飲設施，娛樂場所及室外游泳池。

我們提議建造一條透明游泳軌道由主大樓到海邊，這個瑰麗的情景令泳客和遊人都十分難忘。
