Design Brief — Korean & Chinese couple with 2 small boys hoping to settle in a comfortable home

Family Living next to the Beach

A Korean mother is in charge of the project, she would like a home that requires minimum maintenance, indestructible from 2 very active boys and a poodle.

The design approach is no frill and using top quality materials so it lasts for years to come.  We keep space open for the running around of pet and little children.  A bright family house for the couple to bring up their boys without worrying about sand and sea coming in with the little people.  And the boys will remember all the sleep over, trampolining, karate battles and surfing in summer.
