設計概要 — 儘量令長型舖顯得寬倘大方

Riding on the success of the first two restaurants, HNSY opened their 3rd branch in this busy shopping mall.
To soften the elongated shape of this shop, we used a curve wall along its side and broke up the ceiling into small intervals. We didn’t invite painter to paint the walls because it’s
a relatively small shop, we tried not to overcrowd the shop so we used more decorative furniture instead, keeping the rest of the restaurant tidy and clean.
三少爺
新城市廣場是市區以外最繁忙的商場，食肆雲集，沒有水準的很快會被人淘汰，所以每一間餐廳都會珍惜駐場機會。
由於舖位窄長，我們用了婉廷的線條和把天花分份，把舖位視覺上拉闊了；由於空間有限，設計和1色調都較其他分店簡潔和素淨，所以傢具會比較花俏，增加生氣。
